Compensation

- Conduct follow-up visits after initial assessments
- Participate in weekly staffing and family sessions
- Prescribe pharmacologic interventions as necessary
- Review laboratory and diagnostic test results
- Consult with attending psychiatrists and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to perform clinical assessments, adhering to psychiatric and medical nursing procedures
- Communicate with patients, families, and others to obtain required information
- Education & Licensure: Completion of a Master’s Program (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of Georgia
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
- Additional Skill Requirements: Comprehensive liability insurance, current CPR certification, current DEA license
