Position Overview
The Department of Graduate Education, Leadership and Counseling at Rider University is seeking adjunct instructors for a variety of our organizational leadership and higher education leadership courses in the Spring 2026 semester. Successful applicants must be able to teach courses fully online.
Successful applicants may teach a range of organizational leadership and/or higher education leadership courses, depending on need, such as: The Practice of Leadership, Developing the Human Side of Organizations, Organization Design and Dynamics, and the Higher Education Organization. S alary is $4,133.31 for a 3 credit course.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Masters degree in higher education administration or leadership, organizational leadership or related discipline.
- Experience in leadership in an organizational or higher education setting.
- Teaching experience in higher education.
- Teaching experience online.
- Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.
- Doctoral degree in higher education administration or leadership, organizational leadership or related discipline.
- Experience using Canvas
