Scorpion Harley-Davidson is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Motorclothes Sales Associate. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong interest in Harley-Davidson motorcycles and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Motorclothes Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, helping them find the perfect gear and accessories to enhance their riding experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers looking to purchase Harley-Davidson Motorclothes and accessories.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect gear based on their riding style, preferences, and safety needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technology, and product knowledge related to Harley-Davidson Motorclothes.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and easily accessible for customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and financing options.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
- 1 year minimum previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
- Knowledge and passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the Motorclothes line.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
