Powersports Service Technician – All Skill Levels Welcome!
RideNow Powersports is looking for driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
- Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
- Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
- Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
- Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
Who We're Looking For:
We're hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs—if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:
- Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
- 1 years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
- OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
- Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
- Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
