Key Responsibilities: As an Apartment Service Technician, you will report to the Community Manager and be responsible for various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Handling all service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Taking care of pool maintenance and landscaping.
- Ensuring grounds care and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.
Qualifications: We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- HVAC or EPA certification is preferred.
- Experience in pool operation and maintenance is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of multifamily experience with a focus on repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
Physical Demands: The role requires individuals who can meet the following physical demands:
- Ability to lift objects up to 75lbs.
- Capability to bend, stoop, and twist into small areas.
- Flexibility to bend forward when picking up objects from the ground, etc.
- Capacity to reach overhead for an extended period due to overhead repair work.
