Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact in our Leasing Office, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and guests.
- Assist in leasing apartments by conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospects through the application process.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures.
- Manage lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of resident interactions, leasing reports, and property activity to support management decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates and a positive community atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
- Preferably 1 year of leasing or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport with residents and prospects.
- Proficiency in office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, and answering telephones.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be in good physical condition with the ability to move around the property frequently.
- Ability to walk the property, including multiple flights of stairs, for inspections and apartment showings.
- Lift a minimum of 60 lbs. when necessary for office upkeep and supply management.
