What You'll Be Doing:
πΌ Leasing & Sales - Engage with prospective residents, provide tours, discuss lease terms, and secure rental agreements.
πΌ Resident Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships with current tenants, ensuring a positive living experience.
πΌ Marketing & Outreach - Assist in executing marketing and leasing plans while ensuring compliance with Section 42 Guidelines, Fair Housing Act, and company policies.
πΌ Administrative Support - Manage applications, lease paperwork, and resident communications with accuracy.
πΌ Move-Ins & Move-Outs - Coordinate resident transitions, conduct inspections, and oversee lease renewals.
πΌ Office Management - Handle daily office tasks, including answering calls, filing, scanning, and data entry.
What We're Looking For:
β Leasing experience preferred - but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong customer service background!
β Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.
β Exceptional organizational & time management skills - ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office & standard office equipment.
β Flexible schedule - weekends required.
β Willingness to go the extra mile, including occasional overtime.
Physical Requirements:
π‘ Walk the property, including multiple flights of stairs, to conduct inspections and show apartments.
π‘ Perform physical tasks as needed, such as delivering notices and light office lifting.
