DUTIES:
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out all maintenance of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- HVAC or EPA certification (required).
- Pool operation and maintenance experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of multifamily experience with a focus on repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position involves physical activities, and you should be able to:
- Lift objects up to 75 lbs.
- Bend, stoop, and twist into small areas.
- Bend forward when picking up objects from the ground.
- Reach overhead for an extended period of time due to overhead repair work.
Salary : $16 - $18
