Responsibilities
The Service Technician reports directly to the Community Manager and is responsible for the daily maintenance operations of the property, including:
- Completing all service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining landscaping, pool care, and grounds upkeep
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks and inspections
- Supporting turn-key operations for apartment make-readies
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred
- Pool maintenance experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience with a focus on repairs, customer service, and upkeep
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
