As a Service Technician, you will report to the Community Manager and be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responding promptly to all service requests
- Performing daily preventive maintenance
- Maintaining pool operations (if applicable)
- Assisting with landscaping and grounds care
- Supporting make-ready efforts for new move-ins
- Ensuring resident satisfaction through quality work and communication
- HVAC or EPA Certification (Preferred)
- Experience with pool maintenance (Preferred)
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance work
- A customer-first attitude with great communication skills
- Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable with bending, stooping, crawling, and working in tight spaces
- Ability to work overhead for extended periods
- Must be able to walk the property and climb stairs frequently
