What You’ll Do
As our Manager of Community Nursing Services, you will:
Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory standards
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to community nursing staff
Monitor and ensure delivery of compassionate, high-quality care
Oversee resident assessments and care planning
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes
Participate in admissions and resident evaluations
Lead performance management, coaching, and staff development
Support recruitment and retention of nursing staff
Oversee staff scheduling to meet operational and regulatory needs
Conduct rounds at residences, engaging with staff, residents, and families
Drive Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives and actively participate in QA Committee
Promote workplace safety and ensure OSHA compliance
Respond to and resolve resident and family concerns with professionalism and care
What You Bring
Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA/BSN) required
3–5 years of RN experience
3–5 years of leadership/management experience
Experience in community-based or residential services strongly preferred
OPWDD or developmental disabilities experience a major plus
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for person-centered care and quality improvement
