Are you a dynamic Registered Nurse leader ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Manager of Community Nursing Services to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional, person-centered care across our residential programs.

What You’ll Do

• As our Manager of Community Nursing Services, you will:

• Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory standards

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to community nursing staff

• Monitor and ensure delivery of compassionate, high-quality care

• Oversee resident assessments and care planning

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes

• Participate in admissions and resident evaluations

• Lead performance management, coaching, and staff development

• Support recruitment and retention of nursing staff

• Oversee staff scheduling to meet operational and regulatory needs

• Conduct rounds at residences, engaging with staff, residents, and families

• Drive Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives and actively participate in QA Committee

• Promote workplace safety and ensure OSHA compliance

• Respond to and resolve resident and family concerns with professionalism and care

What You Bring

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA/BSN) required

• 3–5 years of RN experience

• 3–5 years of leadership/management experience

• Experience in community-based or residential services strongly preferred

• OPWDD or developmental disabilities experience a major plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Passion for person-centered care and quality improvement
