Our Day Program DSPs support adults with developmental disabilities as they build skills, independence, and community connections in a supportive, structured environment.
What you’ll do:
Support people in daily activities and community outings
Assist individuals in working toward personal goals
Drive program vehicles as needed
Complete the required documentation
Work as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team
This is an active, hands-on role that requires flexibility, patience, and compassion—every day is different, and every day matters.
Schedule & Location:
Monday–Friday only
8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Convenient Mount Kisco location
Requirements:
High School Diploma required;
🎓 DSPs with a Bachelor’s degree are eligible for a salary enhancement.
Must be 21 years old
3 years of driving experience
Clean, valid NYS driver’s license
Ability to pass required background checks
