What You'll Do
As an HR Generalist, you'll be involved in nearly every aspect of Human Resources, including:
- Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Employee relations coaching and problem-solving
- Conducting workplace investigations
- Performance management and employee development
- Interpreting and administering HR policies
- Supporting labor relations and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) administration
- HR compliance and employment law
- Employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations
- HR reporting, analytics, and special projects
- Partnering with managers to solve complex people issues

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Has approximately 3 years of progressive HR experience
- Is curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Communicates professionally and builds strong relationships
- Handles confidential information with integrity
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys solving problems and helping employees succeed
- Has strong organizational and follow-through skills
Experience working in a unionized environment and interpreting a Collective Bargaining Agreement is a significant plus.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or a desire to obtain certification is also a plus.
