Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: New York, NY 10017

Responsibilities:
- Route the job requisition form through DocuSign.
- Post jobs using the ADP Workforce Now Recruitment Module.
- Screen applicants and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Serve on panels to interview candidates.
- Complete tasks needed to make a soft offer.
- Complete State hiring documents to request approval to hire.
