Join Our growing Team as at Richman Property Services, Inc. (RPS) as a full-time Floating Leasing Associate in Austin, TX!
This position is eligible for our brand new "Texas Stay Program", which is designed to financially reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date. Program will be discussed by Recruiter.
Position: Floating Leasing Associate - The Floating Leasing Associate will support existing Richman properties as well as new construction (Lease-Up's) in Austin

Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Leasing or APM experience in multi-family residential communities (affordable, mixed, market) "floating" experience is preferred
- Prior Lease-Up experience strongly preferred
- Valid/active Driver's License, ability to travel within assigned portfolio/region in Austin, TX
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking Candidates preferred, not required
- Familiarity/experience with Yardi property management software products

Requirements:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience in multi-family residential communities
- Proficiency in Yardi software products strongly preferred

- Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and customer focus
- Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
- Attention to detail/follow-up technique
