Richman Property Services is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Wall Street Place, Our 155 unit residential community. In addition, help Support River Commons (34 units), Norwalk, CT, 06850
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. 40 Hours a week.
Key Requirements:
- Strong administrative background with affordable housing, FLEX/AHP in residential communities
- Tax credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience Preferred
- Experience using Yardi property management systems, prior Leasing or Admin experience preferred
- Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
- Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
- Conduct unit inspections and move-in/out processes
- Support leasing activities and resident relations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
