Property Manager

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Manager with a proactive mindset to lead the lease up of The Laurent, our brand-new Workforce community! This is a unique opportunity to open a new community from the ground up, build your own team, and shape the resident experience from day one.

· Position: Property Manager


· Location: The Laurent, a new 192-unit Workforce community at 2431 2nd Avenue North, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461

✅ Key Qualifications


· 3 to 5 years of property management experience with affordable or Workforce multi-family communities


· LIHTC experience required


· Previous lease up and/or Workforce housing experience preferred


· Yardi experience preferred


· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required

  Responsibilities


· Lead the new community through lease up to achieve occupancy and financial goals


· Oversee leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations


· Hire, train, schedule, and supervise on-site staff


· Manage budgets and expenditures


· Perform market analysis and recommend competitive pricing


· Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and federal and state regulations


· Coordinate resident services, activities, and community improvements

  Requirements


· Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Property Management coursework preferred


· Prior supervisory experience managing mid to large-size communities


· Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills


· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software


· CAM or Registered Apartment Manager certification preferred


· Valid Driver’s License required
