A boutique General Contractor is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field execution on CM at Risk commercial construction projects. Projects include higher education and light healthcare work, with a mix of renovations and select ground up builds.

Role Summary
• Lead daily field operations from project start through closeout

Candidate Profile
• 5 plus years commercial construction experience
• 2 plus years in superintendent or field leadership role
• Experience in CM at Risk or negotiated project delivery preferred
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Experience managing multiple trades in active jobsite environments
• Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
