What You'll Own
- Lead a team of Managers, Lease Auditors, and administrative support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies for co-tenancy and occupancy expense audits.
- Manage relationships with external audit firms and tax consultants.
- Serve as a key liaison with Real Estate, Law, Facilities, and Construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards (SEC and SOX).
- Guide system enhancements for proprietary property management technology.
