Our client is a residential developer and builder. We are partnering with them to help them find a Land Development Manager to base in West Central Florida region.


This group delivers 2,000 plus lots annually and has a strong pipeline of owned and controlled lots. The Land Development Manager will be responsible for all development within the Division including site work, preparing and tracking budgets, community closeout, construction of amenities and entrance features. This person will need to base in the West Central Florida area.
