The Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the legal profession.
Essential Functions:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of the litigation process.
- Familiar with Court Deadlines.
- Calendar
- Manage and organize case files, including electronic documents, and physical evidence.
- Coordinate discovery, including drafting, and responding to discovery requests, and organizing document production.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years personal injury paralegal experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with legal technology and software, including document management systems, and litigation support tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
