JOB TITLE: MARKETING MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand performance through social media, trade marketing, graphic asset and product portfolio management and innovation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Retailer Trade Marketing
- Manage retailer trade, digital, sponsored listing and marketing programs
Social Media
- Create, post, and promote content and engage with followers on social media platforms
Graphic Design
- Conceptualize, refine, and execute diverse graphic design initiatives
Brand Management
- Assist with product and packaging innovation, development and refinement
Project Management
- Oversee projects, document progress, and manage resources to ensure they are completed on time
Website Management
- Ongoing CMS management and updating product listings
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of professional experience in marketing and social media management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
- Experience within the CPG sector preferred
- Deep understanding of all social media channels, as well as their associated audiences and platform limitations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
