JOB TITLE: Director of Operations
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and implementation of strategies for order fulfillment, transportation, contract manufacturing, warehousing, inventory management and product development. This role will work in close collaboration with management, sales and accounting to meet growing customer demand and continuously improving company margin through cost reductions and improved efficiencies.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with direct exposure to the following areas: contract manufacturing management, project management, cost accounting, quality and regulatory, S&OP/demand planning, warehousing and distribution, inventory management, and procurement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field
- Experience in CPG sector required, high growth emerging business preferred
- Strong understanding of end-to-end CPG supply chain
- Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to manage vendor relationships
- Knowledge of best practices and KPIs in CPG and warehouse operations
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and intermediate Excel skills (formatting, vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
