We are currently looking for a full-time Growth Manager Intern to join our growing Americas Digital team. This role will support revenue growth initiatives across pricing, product experience, and performance marketing by conducting analysis, tracking experiments, and generating actionable insights that drive measurable business impact.

The pay range for this position is a non-exempt hourly rate of $25-$32 USD, and the actual starting salary may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills. This role will support revenue growth initiatives across pricing, product experience, and performance marketing by conducting analysis, tracking experiments, and generating actionable insights that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support corridor-level growth analysis, including pricing competitiveness, conversion funnel diagnostics, and revenue performance tracking.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and analyzing growth experiments across product and marketing channels.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and structured reporting in analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, BI platforms, Excel/Sheets).
- Conduct competitive benchmarking across markets and corridors.
- Analyze paid marketing performance and support optimization recommendations.
- Support cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
- Document growth learnings, experiment results, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, GA4, BI tools) preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, ROAS).
- Strong attention to detail and a structured problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
- Self-starter with high ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in growth, analytics, marketing, consulting, or related field (internships included).
- Proven experience in data analysis and/or digital marketing performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule. 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
