The Mogl team is looking for an Account Manager, Commerce/Retail to support our Retail team with comprehensive client management, with a strong focus on executing and optimizing retail media campaigns. In this role, you will partner closely with sales team members, media traders, and clients to drive performance, surface insights, and identify growth opportunities across retail-focused accounts, including both agency and brand-direct relationships.
The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, strong soft skills, working knowledge of media, hands-on experience implementing Amazon, Walmart, Target, Criteo, Citrus Ads, and/or other Retail Media marketing campaigns, and most importantly, a consultative approach to addressing client needs.

Who You Are
- 2–5 years experience in retail media, commerce media, or performance marketing
- Experience working across major retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel and Skai).
- Strong understanding of performance KPIs and attribution models
- Comfort working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams as well technical Media Trading teams
- Strong analytical mindset and presentation skills
- Search/Social activation experience including attribution, strategy, execution, and reporting
Retail Campaign Management
- Own day-to-day management of retail media campaigns within Skai
- Launch, optimize, and monitor performance across retailer platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.)
- Ensure pacing, budget allocation, and KPI alignment
- Troubleshoot performance issues and proactively surface opportunities
- Serve as a strategic point of contact for retail accounts
- Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
- Participate in client calls and QBRs to present results and growth plans
- Collaborate with Sales on upsell and expansion opportunities
- Build custom dashboards and performance reports
- Analyze retail-specific metrics (ROAS, TACOS, NTB, retail attribution)
- Provide insights that influence media strategy and budget allocation
- Partner with internal traders and programmatic specialists
- Work closely with Sales to support new business pitches
- Contribute to retail playbooks, best practices, and process documentation

The information below is provided for those hired in Colorado only.
- The estimated Colorado-based pay range for this role is a base salary of $85,000-$115,000, depending on experience, plus a quarterly incentive bonus
