At Rhodes Law Firm, we don’t just close transactions—we help people build, protect, and transfer what matters most. From guiding families through home purchases and investment properties, to helping business owners structure deals, to creating estate plans that preserve wealth and peace of mind, our work has lasting impact.
If you are an attorney who values precision, relationships, and practical problem-solving—and you want to grow into mastery of real estate, estate planning, and business law—this may be your opportunity.
With offices in Augusta, Georgia and North Augusta, South Carolina, our boutique firm has been trusted for over 30 years to serve families, investors, and business owners throughout the region. Our mission is simple but powerful: deliver clarity, preserve harmony, and provide lasting peace of mind.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with real estate experience—or strong interest in real estate law—who wants to become a trusted advisor across multiple high-value practice areas.
This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys transactional work, client interaction, and business development. While real estate will be a primary focus, this is more than a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who is excited to help expand and elevate our real estate practice by strengthening referral relationships, enhancing the client experience, identifying growth opportunities, and helping us become the go-to closing and real estate counsel in the region.
You will receive mentorship, hands-on training, and direct client opportunities. This is not a back-room drafting role—it is a path toward becoming a highly capable, client-facing counselor.
