Position: Associate Attorney (Family Law)
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and coachable Associate Attorney to handle family-law matters in our Elizabethton office. This is an ideal position for a newly licensed Tennessee attorney who wants real courtroom experience, mentorship, and a clear growth path.

What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in divorce, custody, adoption, juvenile matters, and related family-law cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery
- Appear in court regularly with the support of our established systems and team
- Communicate proactively with clients and maintain exceptional service standards
- Work closely with senior attorneys and leadership for training and mentorship
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Use our firm’s world-class systems, technology, and workflows to deliver consistent results
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee
- Strong communication skills (written verbal)
- Desire to learn and grow quickly
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Positive attitude and a willingness to be a team player
- Professionalism, humility, and a client-first mindset
Preferred (but not required):
- Interest in family law
- Litigation experience or mock trial experience
- Prior clerkships or internships
- Comfort with structured workflows and modern legal tech
