Position Overview:
The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all clients. This individual will also work closely with the CEO to manage scheduling, coordinate appointments, and maintain an organized calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct initial client intake and gather necessary information
- Schedule appointments and maintain the CEO’s calendar
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Ensure all client information is accurately recorded and organized
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or intake role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and basic office software
- A working knowledge or strong interest in AI tools and technology is a plus
