Rhino Sports & Entertainment Services, a division of REVELxp, is hiring Parking Attendants to support Virginia Tech home football games and other event operations in Blacksburg, VA.

Responsibilities
Parking Attendants help create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for guests by:
- Greeting patrons as they arrive on Virginia Tech’s campus
- Providing a high level of customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting with parking lot direction and traffic flow
- Communicating clearly with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
- Helping solve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance throughout each event
- Working as part of a team to ensure a safe and organized event experience
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be available for all Virginia Tech home football games and required training sessions
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills required
- Strong customer service skills preferred
- Must be comfortable using technology

Pay
Starting at $14.50/hour
