Position Overview
This is a part-time, in-office role supporting our sales, production, and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is organized, professional on the phone, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and speak with prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Provide general customer support and follow-up
- Receive and process customer payments
- Review contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure deposits are collected and recorded properly
- Assist with basic accounting-related tasks
- Communicate with financing partners to confirm approvals
- Support sales and production teams with administrative needs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
- Previous office/admin experience preferred
- Experience in customer service or call handling is a plus
Schedule
- Part-time (flexible hours, approximately 20–30 hours per week)
