Job Summary: Rhino Shield of New England is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive sales of our premium exterior coating solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, experience in home improvement or coatings and a passion for helping clients enhance their properties. This is a full-time, commission-based position with preset appointments provided daily—NO cold calling!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers
- Present and promote our advanced exterior coating solutions to homeowners and businesses
- Attend preset appointments and provide professional, consultative sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
- Stay up to date on industry trends and product developments
- Utilize digital tools including cloud-based software, iPads, and e-contracts
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales experience (home improvement, coatings, or related industries preferred)
- In-home sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of closing sales and meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work every other weekend.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission (uncapped earning potential)
- Bonus opportunities (monthly and annual)
Schedule::
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Location:
- Work on the road, meeting with clients throughout a New England Territory
