Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, managing front desk responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Operate phone system, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
- Perform data entry and filing
- Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist with clerical tasks
- Preferred hours are Monday - Friday 11am-5pm
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy to handle data entry
- Experience in customer service or front desk role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and time management skills.
