⸻
You’re not looking for an easy job.
You’re not burned out by structure and accountability.
And you’re not interested in doing things the lazy way forever.
If you understand how construction jobs actually move in the field, can handle physical work without excuses, and want to grow inside a company that takes standards seriously — this is your upgrade.
At Rhino Roofs, the Construction Driver / Field Logistics Specialist is a critical part of the operations machine.
Your job is to protect Project Manager time so jobs run clean, fast, and professionally.
When PMs stay focused and jobs don’t stall, this role is doing its job.
We don’t hire average.
We hire disciplined, coachable professionals who already have a solid foundation — and want to sharpen it inside a high-performance operation.
We’re one of Florida’s fastest-growing roofing companies with 300 five-star Google reviews, an A BBB rating, and “Best of the Best 2025” recognition by Rich Noonan.
Our reputation exists because our operations team delivers — consistently and professionally.
⸻
What You Get
Competitive hourly pay with overtime eligibility
Performance incentives tied to execution and reliability
401(k) with company match (launching soon)
Company truck provided for work use (not taken home)
Clear expectations, real accountability, and leadership support
Exposure to how a growing construction business is actually run
A defined growth path for high performers who want more responsibility
This role is built for someone who wants to work hard, be trusted, and grow — not coast.
⸻
The Role
This is a field execution role, not a coordination or “helper” position.
You will:
Run dumpster logistics — staging, swapping, moving, and pickups
Handle same-day material runs to prevent job delays
Load, unload, and properly stage materials on site
Perform magnet sweeps, debris pickup, and jobsite cleanup
Support end-of-day site tightening and next-day prep
Take and upload required jobsite photos and notes in our CRM
Report issues quickly so PMs can make decisions without driving back
The job is not done when materials are dropped.
It’s done when the site is clean, safe, and ready for the next phase.
⸻
Physical & Mechanical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
This role is hands-on and physically demanding.
You must be able to:
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds as needed
Work outdoors in heat, sun, and variable weather conditions
Climb in and out of trucks and trailers throughout the day
Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, cleanup, and site prep
You should also have basic mechanical aptitude, including:
Changing tires
Checking fluids
Securing loads properly
Identifying basic equipment or vehicle issues before they become problems
If you avoid physical work or need constant direction, this is not the role for you.
⸻
You Are
Experienced driving in construction or jobsite environments
Comfortable handling dumpsters (CDL strongly preferred)
Bilingual (English & Spanish) — able to communicate clearly with crews
Tech-proficient (photos, CRM uploads, documentation)
Organized, reliable, and disciplined
Calm under pressure and efficient with time
Professional on jobsites and around homeowners
Motivated to grow, not just maintain
Construction or roofing familiarity is a strong plus, but not required if you’re sharp, capable, and coachable.
We’re not looking for entry-level.
We’re looking for someone with a strong baseline who wants to raise it.
⸻
Why Rhino Roofs
