The Role

This is a leadership position, not a coordination role.

You will:

• Own homeowner communication from start to finish
• Prepare jobs before they begin — not react on install day
• Lead crews with clarity, preparation, and professionalism
• Anticipate issues and resolve them calmly
• Manage timelines, inspections, and expectations
• Document reality through photos, notes, and job updates
• Close out projects cleanly, confidently, and referral-ready

The job is not done when the roof is installed.
It’s done when the homeowner is confident and the site is spotless.

You Are

• Experienced in project management within construction or roofing environments
• Familiar with roofing terminology, workflows, and jobsite operations
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) — able to communicate clearly with crews and homeowners
• Tech-proficient (CRM systems, photos, documentation, basic reporting)
• Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts
• Organized, proactive, and disciplined with systems
• Coachable and open to feedback — you apply it fast
• Motivated to grow, not just maintain

Roofing experience is a strong plus.
Construction PM experience is highly valued.
