JOB OPPORTUNITY
PART- TIME OPPORTUNITY-$20 PER/HOUR-DEEERFIELD BCH
Rhino Paper and Marketing, a wholesale distributor of POS supplies and branding products that services the hospitality industry, is looking for a part-time administrative assistant for the accounting department. This is an onsite position, hybrid and virtual are not an option. Hours: 9:00 am-2:00 pm. Full-time opportunity may come available with vacation and retirement benefits. 90-day probationary period. Bilingual in English and Spanish a PLUS!
Primary Responsibilities:
*Assisting Accounting Manager in A/R and A/P tasks
*Daily use of Quickbooks, to include customer payments, A/R tasks, and basic customer reports
*Processing customer payments via credit cards, ACH and other payment means
*Assistance with processing all daily invoices to include back orders, returns, and drop ships
*Communication with customers regarding invoices, delivery and payments
Requirements:
*Basic knowledge in Quickbooks A/R and A/P tasks preferred
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
*Excellent customer service skills, to include strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Highly Organized and pays close attention to detail
