Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated, high-energy sales professional to join our fast-paced, high-growth Banking/Insurance software sales team in the US. The role is focused on acquiring new business from assigned accounts and market segments while managing the end-to-end sales process. Prior experience selling enterprise software solutions to the banking and/or insurance services industry is required. This role also involves leveraging the client's network of global system integrators as a key sales channel.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets on a quarterly basis by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the Banking and/or Insurance vertical.
- Oversee billing, contracting, and collection of payments in coordination with internal teams.
- Create strategic target account plans, including partner/alliance strategies, to build trusted advisor relationships with prospects, partners, and clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction and repeat business.
- Strategically research and understand client business to propose compelling solutions using client products and services.
- Leverage client resources to identify and drive sales campaigns.
- Effectively manage a complex sales cycle to close opportunities successfully.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2–5 years of experience in direct sales of enterprise software solutions, preferably in Banking and/or Insurance.
- Experience selling BPM, ECM, Case Management, low-code development, or hyper-automation applications is a plus.
- Proven ability to build consultative relationships with senior decision-makers, engaging in face-to-face customer interactions.
- Strong account planning, account management, and sales execution skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Self-sufficient in generating market traction and executing lead generation strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams in multiple locations.
