Role: Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for outbound GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and adoption for Workday Accounting Center, Decision Intelligence for Finance, and Financial Test Suite.

- Define and refresh product narratives and personas tailored to CFOs, Controllers, FP&A, and IT/data personas.
- Develop compelling messaging to articulate the value of finance AI solutions.
- Plan and execute product launches, GTM campaigns, and support sales enablement with collateral such as pitch decks, FAQs, white papers, and demo narratives.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation for marketing campaigns, website content, and customer testimonials.
- Drive outbound launch plans for ISV integrations and conduct market research and customer insights to inform strategies.
- Support customer retention and expansion efforts through targeted messaging.
- 3–6 years in enterprise product marketing, especially in accounting, BI, data management, or ERP software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, AI solutions, and financial data ecosystems.
- Proven strategic thinking and tactical execution skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for creating external content and presentations.
