PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Hire Profile is partnering with a global company advancing utility products and services used worldwide to find an experienced Product Marketing Manager. This role will play a critical part in shaping how new products and software solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted in the marketplace.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will work closely with Product Management and Sales to translate technical capabilities into compelling, benefits-driven messaging. The PMM will lead product positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and strong sales enablement. This role is ideal for a skilled marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a proven track record of driving growth through effective product marketing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Product Management on product launches and release updates
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies, including messaging and collateral development
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and competitive analysis
- Partner with Sales to gather market intelligence and support customer acquisition
- Create tools and materials to drive sales enablement and pipeline growth
- Direct agency partners on content for campaigns, social, SEO, PPC, and lead nurture efforts
- Partner closely with an internal integrated/creative marketing team to bring campaign strategy to life
- Support broader digital transformation initiatives, including consolidation toward a unified web presence
- Maintain regular cadence with assigned Product Managers, including participation in new product development discussions to stay aligned on roadmap and launch timing
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–7 years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading new product introductions
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial storytelling, copywriting, and digital campaigns
- Experience with project management and marketing platforms (e.g., Asana, LeanKit, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) preferred
- Comfort operating across both traditional/legacy product audiences and more technical, detail-oriented stakeholders is a plus
