Role: Lube and Tire Technician responsible for performing basic automotive services and supporting shop operations.

- Conduct oil changes, tire services, alignments, and fluid flushes.
- Safely operate company vehicles for customer transportation and parts pickup.
- Perform vehicle inspections, tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, and basic repairs.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and adhere to safety procedures.
- Identify vehicle issues and communicate repairs to management.
- Valid driver’s license and minimum 18 years old.
- Ability to work at least five days, including Saturdays.
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.
- Exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, lift up to 70 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
- Sufficient vision for detailed work and communication.
