WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of our B2B Outside Sales Team, you'll:

• Develop and expand a local territory, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses and self-employed professionals.
• Use your people skills to connect with business owners, earn their trust, and provide overlooked benefit solutions for them and their employees.
• Take charge of new client acquisition while leveraging referrals and repeat clients to build a repeatable, sustainable business.
• Quickly master prospecting, follow-ups, and closing sales with the support of proven systems and extensive on-the-job training with our best sales leaders.
• Use our proprietary CRM to streamline your daily operations and organize your prospecting and follow up activities. Efficiency allows you to focus more time on relationship-building and closing sales.
