Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented CSR/ Service Dispatcher to coordinate and manage service requests within our HVAC and plumbing Suffolk County operations. In this vital role, you will answer in bound calls as CSR and then serve as the central communication hub, ensuring timely dispatching of service technicians. Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize service requests via multi-line phone systems, email, and digital platforms using Service titan and Jobber software systems.
- Dispatch technicians, personnel efficiently coordinating with Sales and Mgt.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, vendors, and internal teams while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Analyze operational data and reports to improve and track results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with software and data including sErvice titan and Jobber or similar platforms.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data related to technicians and service calls.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems for managing high-volume calls effectively.
- Ability to work under with full accountability for results of calls and leads into the system.
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with Service Titan and/or Jobber, supply chain concepts, Join us as a CRM/Service Dispatcher where your organizational prowess and technical expertise will drive our transportation success!
