GM Experience preferred. Full-time position available in our Award-Winning Service Department.

Responsibilities:
- Assure complete utilization of workshop capacity
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize job assignments to maximize efficiency
- Determine daily shop capacity using all available time of productive personnel and control work distribution
- Record all repair orders, determine time required to perform work and when work is to be started so that it is finished when promised
- Assign each repair order to a qualified, productive employee and adjust distribution control according to assignment
- Assure proper use of time clock by all productive employees and application of work orders
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
- Communicate with the Service Team to keep them informed at all times
- Previous dealership experience
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Exceptional customer satisfaction
- Motivating and energetic personality
- Be organized and the ability to multi-task
- Computer skills
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Reynolds & Reynolds/Ignite experience preferred, but not mandatory
