Senior Associate Attorney

RezLegal is a boutique law firm specializing in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and healthcare law, based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. We support our clients through complex transactions, while focusing on delivering a personalized level of service. Our clients include founders, closely held businesses, healthcare organizations, and private equity-backed companies across a variety of industries.

We are looking for a senior-level associate to assist with general corporate and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Candidates should have experience in drafting and negotiating key transaction and general corporate documents, as well as taking on a central role in deal execution.

Typical Daily Activities:

· Taking a lead role in drafting and negotiating key transaction documents

· Running and managing due diligence processes, including supervising junior team members

· Working directly with partners and clients on deal structuring and execution strategy

· Coordinating closings and maintaining responsibility for deal flow and timelines

· Advising clients on day-to-day corporate matters, governance, and risk management

· Participating in client development and relationship management efforts

Qualifications:

· J.D. from an accredited law school

· 3-7 years of corporate / M&A experience (law firm experience required)

· Strong drafting and negotiation skills with transaction documents

· Experience handling due diligence and closing mechanics

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active deals

· Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset

· Admission to the applicable state bar (or ability to obtain promptly)

· Residence in the Jacksonville, Florida area (at or prior to time of hire)
