We’re looking for a professional, Front Desk Receptionist / Front Desk Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role manages our reception area, supports day‑to‑day office operations, and provides administrative support to HR and leadership. It’s a great fit for someone with a positive “can‑do” attitude who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests and direct them to the appropriate person or area.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Monitor and manage the front desk email inbox.
- Maintain phone lists and basic office records.
- Order and organize office and safety supplies; restock kitchen and common areas.
- Coordinate facilities maintenance requests and help keep conference rooms and reception tidy.
- Provide administrative support to HR, including helping applicants with onboarding paperwork and assisting with new hire orientation logistics.
- Help coordinate simple office events, such as birthday and anniversary recognition.
What we’re looking for
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- 2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative assistant experience.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree preferred.
Physical requirements
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and carry items (such as supplies or packages), including up stairs.
Salary : $35 - $40
