Duties
- Lead and manage legal teams to ensure efficient handling of cases, contracts, and legal projects.
- Provide expert guidance on procedural law to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Oversee contract management processes, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing legal agreements.
- Assist with litigation discovery efforts by organizing, reviewing, and analyzing evidence and documents.
- Develop clear and compelling legal writing for briefs, memos, reports, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop policies that align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
- Support senior attorneys in case preparation, courtroom proceedings, and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing legal teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience practicing in Court
- Strong knowledge of procedural law and litigation processes.
- Demonstrated contract management experience within legal services or related fields.
- Skilled in litigation discovery assistance—reviewing documents, identifying relevant information, and supporting case strategies.
- Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to produce precise and persuasive documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (JD or equivalent), with active licensure to practice law in Tennessee.
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
