Backflow Tester
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Backflow Tester to join our team.
This position REQUIRES TRAVEL across Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Perform backflow prevention device testing, inspections, and troubleshooting
- Complete and submit accurate testing reports and documentation
- Diagnose and repair failed backflow assemblies when needed
- Ensure all work meets local and state compliance requirements
- Maintain testing equipment and company vehicle
- Assist with plumbing service work as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Plumbing experience preferred
- Repair certification is a plus
- Experience with commercial properties, restaurants, and industrial systems
Requirements
- Current Backflow Tester Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel all across Georgia
- Experience testing commercial backflow systems
- Ability to use testing equipment and mobile reporting software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
