As the face of our service department, you will educate customers, evaluate systems, and ensure every home we visit is safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities
● Technical Excellence: Expertly service, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
● System Evaluation: Perform thorough inspections of customer systems to prevent future issues and ensure equipment is functioning at peak efficiency.
● Consultative Service: Educate customers on their current system needs and provide detailed cost/benefit analyses for repairs versus new system replacements.
● Precision Documentation: Accurately document all services, system components, and customer discussions within Service Titan, ensuring invoices reflect clear costs for service.
● Professional Standards: Abide by all company safety policies, code of ethics, and performance standards while maintaining a clean, professional company vehicle and image.
Qualifications/Requirements
● Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field preferred.
● Experience: Experience in residential HVAC service is preferred; pay is commensurate with your level of sophistication.
● Certifications: EPA Certification and NATE Certification preferred.
● Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical repairs to non-technical customers.
● Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using iPads and software for dispatch and invoicing.
● Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, work in varied environmental conditions (extreme weather, crawl spaces, attics), stand for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
● License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
● Background & Screening: Must be able to PASS a background check and drug screen.
