Position Summary:
The Insurance Manager will oversee the company’s insurance portfolio and risk management processes, including policy procurement, renewals, claims coordination, and contractual insurance compliance. This role collaborates with project teams, finance, safety, and executive leadership to ensure appropriate coverage across all operations and projects. The position is based in Santa Monica with a hybrid schedule and offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing enterprise-wide risk and insurance strategy.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
