Pay Transparency
Our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business. Moreover, this role may have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to program rules.
- Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
- Salary: $91,584-114,480 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in hiring and supervising the team through coaching, performance management, and ongoing feedback
- Assist with generating and analyzing pricing and contracts reports as necessary for business partners to support decision-making
- Review and approve contractual payments
- Establish the financial impact on new customer contracts with key stakeholders
- Manage pricing adjustment reporting with root cause analysis and financial impacts summary
- Identify and resolve pricing issues in a timely manner including Pricing discrepancies with the Disputes & Deductions team
- Seek solutions to customer and sales needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
