- Shift: Full Time, 2nd Shift, 1:30pm start, some weekends

Position Responsibilities
- Lead the distribution center's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products, govern the Quality Management system, implement the organization's quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety
- Direct the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy
- Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center
- Sustain an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs
- Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solutions
- Manage Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actions
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
