Rexus is looking for a SCADA / PLC Engineer to support VTScada-based systems for a US Government project.
🔧 Role Overview:
- Remote support on-site visits (quarterly)
- Troubleshooting SCADA, PLC, and system issues
- Supporting industrial control systems (water, power, utilities)
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote troubleshooting & technical support
- Perform 1 site visit per quarter (up to 4 days across a quarter)
- Support PLC/HMI systems (Rockwell preferred)
- Assist with VMware/server environments
- Handle minor system upgrades, backups, and fixes
- Be available for 2-hour emergency response (on-call)
🧠 Requirements:
- Experience with SCADA systems (VTScada preferred)
- Strong PLC knowledge (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley)
- Basic understanding of industrial hardware & networking
- Ability to support both software & field systems
📍 Preferred Location (for quick response):
- Near New Bern / Havelock / Jacksonville, North Carolina
